I know...
I have had 'Coming Soon' for my Etsy store for the longest time now!
I have finally done it though, taken the first steps to make my virtual online store a reality.
I have started by listing a few cards and will add more as I get them made.
Here's a card I made just yesterday to add to my store ...
I love the colours and the vintage Parisian it has.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek at my blog, now stop by and take a peek at my store!

In Need Of Some Inspiration?
Happy Monday to you all :)
After numerous requests I have created a class so you can make your very own 'Tin of Inspiration'. With Mother's Day coming up I thought it was the perfect time to run a class making something any mother would love to receive, and a card to match.
The card is made using the Lace Ribbon border and emboss resist. I love the result! My inspiration for this card came from one I saw and made a couple of weeks ago when I was visiting the wonderful Carol in Truro. (I will post that card another time).
I've used the same colours and DSP to decorate a small metal tin. It's small enough so as not to take up too much room, but large enough to contain some special words of inspiration within. Here's a sneaky peek...
And here's a close up of the tin closed...
Isn't it gorgeous?!
I have only a small quantity of the tins available so if you'd like to sign up for this class I suggest you send me an email today!
Class Dates: Wednesday May 2nd / Thursday May 3rd, 7 - 9.30pm.
Cost: $25.00.
Email to register and to reserve your seat!

April's ASI Team Swap
Happy Tuesday all :)
It is a stunningly beautiful day here and I feel rather guilty spending too long in my craft room on a day like this!
Today's share is my contribution to the ASI team swap. I made the background by punching out a border with the SU! scallop border punch. I sponged across the border negative space then moved the border down a couple of millimetres and repeated. Once I had gone down the piece of cardstock I then took another border I had punched and did the same with a different coloured ink, making sure I moved the border piece over slightly. I used Pear Pizzaz and Pool Party ink. I then took the sponged piece and embossed it with dots to give it texture. I am thrilled with the final product! Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek!

Hippity Hop
Hello and a belated happy Easter :)
I thought I had set up my blog to update over the Easter weekend as I was away but, whatever I did obviously didn't work... Hmmmm, I need to work on my technological skills it seems!
Here's a card I had guests at the lovely Cindy's house make, during a workshop. It was a great evening thank you Cindy!
The bunny is made using punches... simple but isn't he cute? It's amazing what you can create with just a few shapes!

A Bag For Blokes
Happy Thursday:)
I have been playing with the new Petite Purse die. I love it. I came across an idea on the SU! demo website using the purse die to make a bag for blokes... it's a fishing bag. Pretty cool huh?!
I used a toothpick for the fishing pole and various punches to make my fish.

Daisy - A - Day
Happy Sunday :)
It's been a beautiful Spring day here and what better time to show my latest creation for an upcoming class.
Everybody loves to receive flowers, the only trouble is they don't last. Well, if you make your flowers out of paper, then they can!
Wouldn't these lovely yellow daisies to brighten anyone's day? I think so. Especially since they come in their own vase.
Here's a close up of the flowers...
The daisies are made with the Big Shot #2 Daisies die and the vase is made from the Petal Cone die.
Isn't it lovely? I think so, but then, I'm biased!
Class Details:
Wednesday April 18th / Thursday April 19th, 7 - 9.30pm.
Cost: $15.00
